CBD Wild Leaf used 360 PSG to develp our website after using an unprofessional developer. We are very pleased with the quality, professionalism of 360 PSG and definatley remommend. It was like night and day! They redevloped our website on time within budget. Jordan was our project manager and did an awesome job!

Design was to be s web site got essential oils, they screwed they up terribly. Never got what I paid for and Then to fix it they wanted to make me pay more because their design team used up all their time making a brochure looking website and when they remade the only good thing was the homepage picture. Beware, if you have a different type of product they will rip you off.

It took them from Marvh 29th Until June 5 th yo come up with the thing they called a professionally designed website. My fault they said as did the judge that I did. It but the custom site got 3500.00 mine was 2500. A high school student could go what they did. so beware, they are slow to update you and you font get to see anything until they are almost done the it's yo late and it will cost you to get it fixed.

I lost in court as did the couple before me, we were both going after an Amherst business and quite obviously the judge favors the established Amherst companies. Knew as soon as the case started I was doomed 1935 dollars down the toilet.

We previously had issues with our website. 360PSG took over and we have not had an issue in 4 years. I love how proactive they are. They are beyond reasonable in price for the value. The few times that I needed to go through support, they were timely and saved me a lot of headaches. I believe they have strong leadership and a lot of creative and qualified professionals. There are a lot of businesses they SAY they do web development but very few that are EXCEPTIONAL like 360PSG. Yanks guys for taking care of us!

I would not describe myself as "technically savvy". The thought of running a website almost made me cry. I do flowers. So in my quest to have a website made to my specifications without technically having to do anything but direct, I found 360 psg. It was my lucky day. From 20 minutes (yes, only 20 minutes) after filling out the contact form (still waiting on a couple of other companies to even contact me) they have made this overwhelming experience for me, easy as eating a cookie.

I've always found 360 to be affordable, very responsive, and easy to work with. They have created two really nice websites for me, as well as an SEO campaign. They also host my email. Anytime I've needed tech support or changes, they've responded same day. I would recommend them to any small business.

Avoid at all costs if you are building an ecommerce site. Get ready to pay over and over to make changes that are already available on literally every other ecomm platform out there. No tracking capabilities, customers can use unlimited coupon codes, awful checkout process.

Starting a small business is never an easy process, more so now with the heavy influence on online web marketing. I know my business but know little when it comes to online marketing and web design. The people at 360 PSG helped me understand how it all works and are currently building a website for me. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and local. Seeing the initial mock site for the first time has built my confidence that they will do a great job and the site will be exactly what I need and am looking for to build my brand.

I have managed (or co-managed) my company's website for over 5 years and 360PSG as been our hosting provider for the whole time. For items within the scope of the support contract they have been fair and prompt in their replies or service. For 'non-contract' items or extra work, they have been responsive in providing estimates to create/modify the software to meet my needs. All things considered - I am very pleased with my relationship with 360PSG.

Great Staff. Everyone is so helpful. Got our website up and running within weeks. And it looks great. They also fixed how it appears when you do a google search to prevent confusion.

Paid a deposit $378 for a website on oct 20 th still no website (jan 15),. did get an abundance of apologies and excuses. as of jan 15 they are now billing me $186 a month and again, . i don't even have a website.
