Revize Software Systems

Honestly, you get what you pay for. My company's website was designed by Revize, and while it looks good visually, it genuinely does not work very well. Having utilized several different web platforms in the past, I can say that Revize's CMS is the least user friendly and most confusing I've ever used. This alone wouldn't be a major problem, but their customer service is also lacking.

There are a lot of broken images on our current site, and any time we bring it up with Revize, the answer is always that there must've been "an error in migration" from our old site. Since they are the ones who handled the entire process, it's kind of crazy they didn't save and transfer over all of our old images themselves. Support tickets in general can take up to 2-3 weeks to be answered, and they do not always send out a notice when they make web updates themselves.

This has caused some of our pages to disappear from the site entirely only for a Revize employee to fix their mistake hours later. Anyways, I also noticed a fair amount of these positive reviews come from small to medium sized city governments, so again.you get what you pay for. There are much much better web designers out there, but they're definitely more expensive.

I liked the place it feels more friendly than other companies, I got to meet Mr. Ray and Mr. Darek and hopefully I get to meet them in the future as well with the rest of the team.

Revize is a beehive of creative thinkers who are interested in putting your organization's communication objectives front and center. They're extremely easy to work with and they're engaged every step of the way. Before, during and after Revize did our site build, they were super responsive any time we had questions or concerns. & they're always open to new ideas too. We couldn't be happier!

Awful company in all facets. Find anyone else to build your website and email service. We spent $1,500 and ended up junking it and going with an individual who ended up creating a wonderful site for less half. They are a basic template driven company and once you purchase you get a four hour rambling administrator on the phone as your training. Then they just canceled our email service without notice.

Our site for Alpha Borough has been live for almost a year now with Revize. The training they provided was very in depth and allowed us to immediately go in and start to make changes as we needed. They were great with knowing what our needs were for our website by listening, asking detailed probing questions and then rendering our vision. I could not have asked for better support from the team at Revize, they were always there to answer questions whenever they came up.

Switching the website for Somerton, Arizona over to Revize has been such an easy process. Our previous company was not very user-friendly when it came to making changes to the website, but with Revize it is super simple. Their Content Management System (CMS) is wonderful for non-technical people making edits to the site on the fly. Tech support was always there when we needed help, even after regular work hours. We are glad to have gone with Revize and recommend you do as well!

Great work, great customer service, and very fair prices for their website design and development work. They build them so non-technical people can update their websites themselves without needing any knowledge of website programming at all! That was a big plus in my book.
