Words cannot describe how helpful this company is a whole. Always responsive and they work with you. They will not nickel and dime you. Tony has done an excellent job with re-vamping our business website and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all of his help and support! Whenever there is a problem, he is there to fix it immediately! Tony is always communicative and get things done when he says that he will. I would absolutely 100% recommend this company to anyone! I would not go anywhere else.

My first experience having them work on my computer- they were very honest and let me know right away exactly what was and wasn't wrong. Super helpful and professional. Called me right away, and even made special arrangements for me to drop off my tower a little early before store hours. Highly recommended!

I love working with Millennium Group - they have helped me many times and always come through for me. They are honest and trustworthy people who you can count on for a timely repair at a reasonable cost. What I like most about them is that they take time to answer questions - they even hold classes to educate us so we have less problems with today's technology.
Plus they keep us updated through email and social media, such as Facebook. When I first searched for a place that I would feel comfortable using, to repair my PC, I started asking friends and 3 or 4 people all told me Millennium. So there was no question of where to go - and I have also told many others that Millennium Group are the people you can count on for honest and reasonable PC repair!

The people at Millennium are always completely professional and friendly. But equally important, they really are outstandingly knowledgeable about technology. They have always been able to help me with any computer / technology problem. I've been working with them for probably 17 years, and have never found anything they couldn't help me with, nor have they ever been anything but delightful to work with. Jinx, Andy, and their team are amazing!

When my previous IT company started a 72 hour response time and did not want us to call or email them when we had an issue, I began to look for a new IT company and was referred to Millennium Group. Millennium Group always answers the telephone and while I am explaining my situation, they are already logged into my computer working to fix the problem.
Talk about time and money management along with knowing the expert Millennium Group Team is there helping to get us back up and running. We have now been with Millennium Group for over 6 years and use their IT services as well as website hosting and telephone VOIP services. They are professional, friendly, and are very efficient at what they do. They give sound expert advice on keeping up in the computer world and fortunately we have accepted it.
Our virus could have been devastating for our company but for the quick thinking of the Team at Millennium Group along with the prevention steps they told us to implement beforehand. They also do work on people's personal home computers. When my personal home computer hard drive crashed with all my family photographs on it, I gave my computer over to the Millennium Group Team which resulted in a new state-of-the-art drive along with my restored photographs.
From the small in-home computers to the large corporate servers, Millennium Group has exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond. They are always available and ready to help whenever I pick up the telephone. Thank you Millennium Team for being there!

Millennium Group, what all can I say about this fantastic, smooth operating, and steadfast business. The Millennium Group has helped myself and my companies for over 8 years. The level of professionalism and expertise is beyond that of any other IT company I have worked with in the past. I have always been able to communicate clearly with each member of the staff as to what my problem is and they are almost immediate with a remedy.
The owner/operator Andy and Jinx are a great help as Andy has even made trips out to our site to install server(s) and ensure that all of our equipment is optimized. Jinx is a gem and always breaching new zeniths of customer service and always has the kindest demeanor even when you are stressed and in dire need. The way they operate is off of friendliness and with your utmost care in mind. Having them as part of my IT solution has increased productivity and eased a lot of tech-ache in difficult times. I can not recommend them enough. You are not with the right team unless you are with Millennium.

Millennium Group has been the best thing for our business. They give excellent and rapid service, great advice and above all else they don't oversell or act elite. They know what they are doing and they do it very, very well. We would never go back to other tech companies after working with Andy's group.

Millennium Group has been serving me for well over a decade in anything and everything we need in technology. They have built us servers, computers, and done our networking. They keep us running and are wonderful about sending out important information and keeping their client base educated. The staff is always superb, quick to respond and committed to solve problems tht envariably occur with technology and software. They are great and they treat you with a personal and caring touch.

I love this company. I called them back in 2014 because I wanted a local company to do my website. We met and they gave me a very reasonable quote. I had them do the site and they trained me on how to make changes to the site myself. Since then I have used them for all of my IT needs. Whenever I call, they make me feel like a priority. We have an actual relationship so it's not like I'm talking to some unknown entity who could care less if my needs are met. Everything I need done, they are able to do. They do it quickly, and they do it well. I'm thrilled that I found them.

These folks are the real deal! The custom computers they build are top-notch, using high-quality cases, power supplies, motherboards, and drives. They won't push you to buy more computing power than you need, but you can be assured that what's inside is ample to perform the tasks you need to. No more buying cheap crap at Best Buy, then taking it home and finding out you need $200 worth of extra memory for it to work properly.
And your computer comes without all the ad-ware that clogs Big Box computers and takes you hours to remove. OpenOffice, Skype, Google Earth, and many more come pre-installed, with none of the irritating "free trial" programs that work for 30 days.then force you to pay extra. They are sticklers for cleanliness here, and will extend you warranty for free if you bring the computer in for a free cleaning a couple times a year.
My computer from Millennium Group is still going strong after over 2 years. I've had them install an extra graphics card for video editing, and will be bringing it in again soon for a cleaning and a memory upgrade. I should be able to get at least another 2 years out of this machine with these upgrades. As for repairs? Can't say -- not a single thing has gone wrong with this computer!
But I'm sure their repair services are excellent, based on my experience with this machine. And, BTW, the cost of this computer was only about $300 more than a comparable Big Box Store computer, which was filled with cheap components, inadequate memory, too-small power supply, and other hassles. Millennium Group gets an A+ in my book. I run a small business, and I don't have time for computer hassles.

The owners and staff at the Millennium Group always give me outstanding service when I bring in my laptop or pc. The work and repairs are completed in the quoted time and the workmanship is top notch. I took my laptop to another business due to time and travel constraints and it was a mess. Millennium took that poor laptop, cleaned it up and brought it back to life. They're great!
