Beyond terrible. I'm being billed as of today (6/22/22) and haven't had service since Nov 2021. No one answers the phone or returns calls. No one responds to emails. No one responds to my review on "Square" stating I shouldn't be getting billed at all-but they are still attempting to charge my card over $300. It's been 7 months of me contacting them and the only contact I've had is them charging my credit card.

Otherwise no response. They used to be great-now it's best to avoid them. I have filed a complaint with BBB and will contact FCC. I'm owed money for a few months with no signal.

Good for years, then service stopped, nobody returned repeated calls or emails, and I've not been able to get a refund for the six months I'd already paid for. I thought perhaps they'd gone out of business but it looks like that's not even an excuse. Terrible. They took my $600 bucks for the year and then disappeared.

Keeps getting worse! If this service is bad for you as it is me contact the FCC and file a complaint! After I did that, Clarity finally returned my call to tell me "they were working on the tower" This was a complete lie as the connection has since gotten worse! If you want service that feels like dialup from 1995, awful customer service that either ignores you completely or lies to you, Clarity Connect is for you!

Poor, poor, poor business. Would never recommend them. False advertising. Won't answer phone calls. You may or may not get a call returned. Very poor customer service,

Relatively stable but inadequate bandwidth for any streaming if HD. Worse with bad weather. Customer service? Don't get me started.

Lately, the service has been shocking for 3 months. Many hours with zero service and when it comes back on its 0.20 mbps download with 400 ping. They never answer tech support calls nor do they return messages. To be honest, when the service does work you can stream Netflix or play online gaming which is great! Hopefully the issues will be resolved

We originally signed up with Clarity as they were our only option for internet service. The Internet was fairly reliable until the router we purchased through them failed. After two days of calling and emailing we finally made contact with them to troubleshoot the problem. The internet constantly tanked on Friday's and Saturday's. Since this issue was taken care of, service was spotty and again, could not make contact with the company.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any company. Highly recommend against signing up with Clarity unless they are your only choice. Very disappointed.

I have heard bad things about this company but, after several years, I can say that I've only had good experiences. I get the bandwidth advertised and the staff is helpful. That said, this is a small company and it's hard to find somebody to talk to outside of normal business hours, even if there's a problem. Also, the technology is what it is. You only get good connectivity if you have a good line of sight to one of their towers and even then the bandwidth is not what you'd get from a cable service. But it's far better than DSL and much cheaper than 4G.

So clarity connect is not a great service. They do provide internet with fairly decent uptime until the weekend hits and you cant get ahold of anyone and the internet is either completely down or it is extremely slow. There was a situatiin for about 6 months that it was incredibly slow and completely unreliable. They had toks me that my antenna had been connecting to some random new nyseg system.

I refused to pay until it was fixed and they made it seem like it was my fault for thier equipment malfunctioning. There was another instance that they had upgraded thier towers and such without telling thier customers and i was without internet for a time because if it. I had thier service for approximately 2 years and i have to say for the price stay away.

We now have access to fiber and the ability to switch so i did. The service is over priced for the speeds that you get and the customer service thats provided by the company. I gave this company a 2 star because they did provide me with a service mkst of the time. They woukd have gotten a 3 star even considering the issues we had but they have terrible customer service.

I know some of the people that have worked there personally and i will say that they are smart and gokd at thier jobs. The company its self is miss managed and un professional.
