Rob left me hanging with a client. I license my platform to other brokers. Rob had talked to my client about getting it setup. He's quote was high, nonetheless my client was will to accept it. 12 hours for a project that takes Omar at WebDataIntel 4-6 hours. At $150/hr, that's huge. But my client was going to take it anyhow. Rob and I had a gentlemen's agreement on referral fees for clients I bring to get work done.

The next morning when we're suppose to start the project, Rob sends an e-mail unilaterally canceling the project without discussion and walks away. So to get this right, he over bids a simple project, gets my client to accept, and then runs like a coward without a professional conversation about his issues or how we can make something work.
