They let me believe my account was closed but year later it was still automatically coming out of my checking account. Aftet many calls I finally heard that they have an evergreen clause in their terms and it had been renewing itself at my cost. Wow. Ok. The business had been closed for years. Nice. Not very cool.

These guys are the worst. They constantly try to nickle and dime you. I receive 5 phone calls a day, at least, harassing me to purchase something I continually tell them I'm not interested in. They change the rules as well. I was told our contract only allows for minor changes to our website (which is not true). I was then told that adding a link to our website would be a major change that would cost around $100.

A LINK!?!? High school computer classes teach kids how to do that but apparrently for our website it takes a team of people and several days. They will lie to you, talk directly over you any time you are trying to talk to them, and generally will not listen to anything you say. We've been going back and forth fighting with them for years over stuff that is supposed to be covered in our contract that they weasel out of. Absolute ripoff of a company.

After I purchased this very expensive website optimization package. Myself and there staff determined that there was not a lot they could do for my site because a i was using a generic website software. But they kept insisting that i make changes that they knew could not be done. I could barley understand what they were saying. There phones kept braking up.

I called them several times to cancel but they said i had to ride out the contract. So i waited and paid for the service for one year. Then i requested to cancel 2 months prior to the contract ending. They renewed my contract again and told be they received no cancellation. They never listened to what i wanted. They almost never listened at all. When i would speak they would just keep talking right over me. By far the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Be ware of this company. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I'm still trying to cancel my service.

The most Unethical business in the industry. I hired them to create my website and that was ok. But, when I refused to sign up for SEO the first year they re-directed my website to another which had nothing to do with my business. I have paid my hosting as agreed but again I didn't want to sign up for SEO, and this time they have disabled my website, so all advertising like local newspaper, google and facebook adwords are being a waste of money if people can't go on to my website.

Although the company is registered in California, their employees are based in the Philippines. Please people stay away and do not waste your money with this company. Just find a local guy that can assist you with your website.

I purchased a website build out from US Website. First off its hard to understand them because they speak in a sing song aisan voice and their phone system is crappy to the point you have to ask them to repeat everything they say. Then when it comes time for them to collect all you business info to build your site - over the phone this doesnt work if you dont know anything about building a website.

I have been telling them for 2 yrs that Im a carpet cleaner and I need the site altered from this maintenance type info that they wrote into the site to strickly carpet cleaning but they just dont understand. I optimized this site twice and both times everytime they got it wrong in fact I never got the most important words optimized even after calling them over and over to tell them they are optimizing the wrong word first.

They should have asked me what was them most populated area you service but they did not and went ahead and spent 4 months optimizing the wrong words. Many years pasted and I kept giving them a second chance when I should not have. NO MATTER HOW GOOD OF A DEAL US WEBSITE BUILDER OFFER YOU DO NOT ACCEPT BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW YOU BUSINESS AND DONT WANT TO KNOW IT THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
